Green Energy Consulting Co., Ltd. (GEC) has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) on November 14, 2025, with a regional partner known for its strong local network and land information sourcing capabilities in the Chiba and Ibaraki areas, aiming to jointly develop renewable energy projects.

Through this collaboration, a new development framework has been established in which the partner company leads the sourcing of land information and the initial project groundwork, while GEC leverages this information to originate and structure renewable energy projects.

The roles and responsibilities under this collaboration are as follows:

Battery Energy Storage Projects (BESS):

The partner company takes the lead in project formation, while GEC serves as the exclusive party responsible for project sales.

Solar PV Projects:

GEC takes full responsibility for land securement, grid application, landowner negotiations, and project sales, with the partner company providing regional coordination and support.

This collaboration significantly enhances GEC’s capabilities in the following areas:

• Stronger project origination built on regional networks

• Expansion of GEC’s renewable energy development pipeline

• Enhanced land information sourcing and accelerated project formation
