On November 19, 2025, Green Energy Consulting Co., Ltd. (GEC) signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with a European renewable energy developer engaged in solar power generation and grid-scale battery energy storage projects in Japan, concerning support for the divestment of multiple projects.

Under this MoU, GEC will conduct initial outreach to potential buyers by leveraging its domestic industry network, based on project information provided by the developer.

GEC has been providing advisory services in the renewable energy sector, including early-stage assessments of solar PV and battery energy storage projects, matchmaking between developers, and support for land, rights, and transaction arrangements.

Through this MoU, GEC will further strengthen its capability to respond to a wide range of divestment support needs expressed by renewable energy developers, contributing to the healthy circulation and sustainable growth of renewable energy projects in Japan.
