— Portfolio and Co-development Opportunities Now Available —

Green Energy Consulting Co., Ltd. (“GEC”) has launched an initiative to structure and introduce investment opportunities in renewable energy projects in the Hokkaido and Tohoku regions of Japan, along with providing matching and transaction support for investors.
This initiative focuses on a portfolio of projects owned and developed by multiple project sponsors. GEC supports the process by organizing project information and clarifying key issues, enabling investors to efficiently evaluate opportunities and engage in transactions.
The current pipeline includes high-voltage solar PV projects across Hokkaido and Tohoku, comprising a portfolio totaling several tens of megawatts.
In recent years, renewable energy development in these regions has become increasingly complex due to grid constraints and site conditions. At the same time, access to well-structured and clearly presented investment opportunities remains limited, making curated project access increasingly valuable for investors.
GEC supports investors by enhancing visibility into key project considerations and enabling efficient evaluation from an early stage.
Participation structures include:
Co-development from early-stage development phases
Acquisition of individual projects
Portfolio-level participation
Land acquisition and alternative use opportunities where solar development may be constrained
This framework may be expanded to other regions and technologies, including battery energy storage systems (BESS).
GEC provides advisory services to domestic and international investors and project sponsors, including market entry support, project structuring, and transaction support. In this initiative, GEC acts solely as an advisor and facilitator and is not the owner or seller of any individual project.
Further details will be provided upon execution of a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA).
