Our company is pleased to announce that two solar power plant projects in Tochigi Prefecture (combined planned DC capacity: approx. 1.31 MWdc), for which we entered into an agreement on July 7, have successfully reached closing as of September 18.

In this transaction, our role was to support the process by coordinating terms and procedures among stakeholders, contributing in a supportive capacity to the successful completion of the projects.

We will continue to collaborate with local communities, business partners, and investors in the renewable energy sector, working toward the realization of a sustainable energy society.
